Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup water
  • pinch salt to taste
  • 1 lemon juiced optional

Instructions
 

  • Soak raw cashews in hot water for 2 hours.
  • Drain cashews and transfer to a high speed blender.
  • Add 1/3 cup of water, pinch of salt, and lemon juice if using.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick add additional water and blend again.
