cinnamon or 2 cinnamon sticks

ground cloves

peeled ginger root roughly chopped

zested and juiced

honey, maple syrup, or date syrup
Method
Combine all ingredients together in a small saucepan.
Simmer gently for 20 minutes. Taste and add more sweetener of choice if desired.
Strain milk and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
