Method
- Soak cashews in hot water for 1 hour then drain.
- Add drained cashews, wasabi paste, miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, and red pepper flakes if using to a blender.
- Add 1/3 cup of water and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Add water 1 tbsp at a time if needed to thin sauce.
