Easy Chocolate Hummus
I have to admit when I first came across chocolate hummus at the store, I thought it sounded revolting. I decided to purchase it anyway because; hey it’s chocolate how bad could it be? Thankfully, my willingness to try a new product paid off and I loved it.
There are lots of variations of chocolate hummus recipes. Below is the recipe I like to make at home for my family that is kid tested and approved. This is a super easy weeknight dessert and a great option for school lunches. The kids believe they are eating a decadent chocolate dessert and I am happy they are eating garbanzo beans and fruit!
Chocolate hummus pairs well with fresh fruit, graham crackers, cookies, bagels, pita chips, or pretzels!
